I know it is clearly designed to look like a grassland, and there is little to nothing about it that is self-seeding (yet!), but I thought the fact that the city thought a grassland was interesting enough to try and mimick — in the city! — was worth mentioning! I figured too that Montréal’s most renowned urban botantist might find that encouraging.
Ok, no more talk of the High Line for a few months, I swear…
