There are many reasons I think this film looks interesting. Not least among them, however, is this whole question of trash. We really need to start thinking about the amount of waste we produce. Too much. Forget about recycling: most of our recycling is simply not being recycled. We need to manage our systems in such a way that we don’t throw things away. So, either reusing entirely, or just having nothing to throw away. But how to achieve a system with no waste? It can be done, but we need to re-focus our energies on that question (I feel).
