Ok, I say that would be a good start at reducing traffic in Mile-End and the Plateau. Let’s reintroduce that median band, which today is little more than a foot across (I would guess). … This time around we could use a lot less grass. But I would love to see St-Joseph restored to this sort of elegance. I know…I know…(good luck).
