Toronto’s Greenroofs
Toronto’s new greenroof bylaw that requires new residential and commercial developments to install a greenroof has just come into effect (January 31, 2010). This makes Toronto the first North American city to establish such a policy (others in Europe have already gone this route). Bravo TO!
